IE8 process debuging

  • Hi

I have a application which is using web browser to connect to remote desktop on Windows 2008R2. This app is running under Windows XP SP3 with IE8 and Google Chrome Frame.

This app is working well under Google Chrome but under IE8 is frozen on loading process. There is no information or errors in event logs and i'm wondering what is wrong under IE that it's frozen.

Maybe someone know the tool which I can use to debug/follow the process what IE is doing to find a clue why it's hang on?

the first step in troubleshooting Ie is to test in noAddons mode.....

the Chrome Frame BHO x-ua meta chrome=1 is ignored in later versions of IE because the Chrome Frame BHO runs outside of the Ie frame, causing problems with any third-party addons that are installed in IE and most importantly running outside of IE's security zones model.
