    That looks like ISA/TMG Error.
Check your rules and make sure that /ecp/* has been published.

  • Now fixed adding /ecp/* to the TMG OWA rule did the trick.

  • Hi,

Let’s firstly check whether we can manually login https://CASInternalName/ecp. If it works, the issue is related to ISA.

As what Martina says, please check whether OWA is published with ISA server. If it is, please publish the proper directory by adding the /ecp/* path on your ISA rule.

Deploy ISA Server 2006 for Outlook Web App

    http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee633466(v=exchg.141).aspx

Using ISA Server with Outlook Web App

    http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa996545(v=exchg.141).aspx

    Hope it helps.

    Thanks,

    Winnie

  • I can navigate it by CAS name. We use TMG not ISA. /ecp/* is published on the OWA rule. I had them do that yesterday. Is there a certain way the rule should look? Authentication method? any certain other parameters.

Once the /ecp/* rule was added I was able to get to the login page, which i wasn't before. But still get the 403 error when i enter my credentials.

  • Hi,
Compare the Authentication settings you have configured for the ECPVirtualdirectory with the ones you have for the OWAVirtualdirectory in Exchange. They should be the same.

    Also check the ExternalUrl.
