OWA 2010 'Option' button broken RRS feed

    Hi All,

     

    When I am trying to go "Option" button and choose any option, that webpage not showing properly, its broken. Please attached file for more info.

    Please revert ASAP.

    hi,

    try to reset virtual directories of exchange on IIS.

    you can do it from EMC.

    please make sure that the ECP virtual directory has windows integrated auth or basic auth with no defautl domain set.
    also make sure that it is not set to use FBA in the EMC and it is set to use basic of windows auth and restart IIS and try again

    • Mirror the ECP and OWA virtual sites, authentication settings in IIS.
    • Check the ECP Site and make sure its not redirecting to the OWA site.

    Hi Amol,

    Based on my research, this issue can be caused by a corrupted update installation. To troubleshot this issue, I'd suggest reinstall Exchange 2010 SP1 RU4.
