  • Hi,

Is the custom Outlook add-in deployed from admin center, or deployed by users from Outlook client side?

By default, we don't need additional steps to allow users adding custom Outlook Add-In. Please check if any group policies are applied in your organization, so that users cannot add custom Outlook Add-In.

Do users get any error alert when they add custom Outlook Add-In? You can post the screenshot here, and don't forget to cover your personal information.

  • Hi Lydia,

The add-in is deployed by the user from here: https://outlook.office.com/owa/?path=/options/manageapps

They do receive any error message, here is a screenshot.

  • Do you mean you add the custom add-in from OWA?

Do you have issues when add other add-ins? If available, please also try to add a custom add-in from other URL. We have to check if this error is caused by the URL.
