Lost bookmarks/favorites in Internet Explorer 10 for Windows 8 Pro after update?

I check in the place my favorites would be and they are all gone. Any way of retrieving all my links/favorites/taskbar bookmarks?

I would like suggest you try to use Windows 8 restore function and check if it helps:
