Yes. I have a test in my lab, I use Outlook 2010 with Exchange 2007. When I sent a message to B on behalf of A, this message is displayed on my Sent Items, not on A's Sent Items. Here is the steps to recall the message for your reference:
1. Open the message you want to recall.
2. Click File, and then click "Recall This Message".
3. Click Delete unread copies /Delete unread copies and replace with a new message.
