Use Automatic Configuration Script and Specify Proxy server RRS feed

  • Question

  • Can anyone confirm how IE behaves when both a configuration script and a proxy server is specified in the lan settings ?

Does one have proirity over the other? , e.g does the browser try to use the proxy server in the first instance and then use the configuration script if connection failed with the explicitly named proxy server ?

    Appreciate any info.

  • Hi Skoota,

And we use the first enabled option that succeeds.
