can't print messages from my live.com RRS feed

  • when I click on the ... to get the drop down selections and select print the box that opens is blank. How do I correct this?

  • Hi,

     

    It seems that the issue was caused by a corrupted program file in Windows Live Mail client installed in your desktop. Please repair Windows Live Mail by following the steps below:

     

      1. Go to Control Panel.

      2. Under Programs, click Uninstall a Program.

    3. Locate Windows Live Essential 2011 then click Uninstall/Change.

    4. When a window appears, select Repair all Windows Live programs.

    5. Restart your computer after the repair.

     

    In addition, as this issue is mainly related to WLM, I suggest discussing it in our WLM forum. They are the best resource to troubleshoot this issue.
