  • Hi,

Please open your Internet Explorer, click Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced Tab, under Settings, do not check "Enable third-party browser extensions*", then Apply and OK. Restart the Internet Explorer, check if it can print.

If it doesn't resolve, run it as administrator to see if it could print.

  • Hi,

Perhaps you mean the Crystal Reports ActiveX control? There is also the ActiveReports ActiveX control.

Ask your client to select Tools>Manage Addons>Show Currently loaded Addons

to see which ActiveX controls have been loaded in the current IE Windows.

File>Properties to determine which IE security zone the report domain maps to (Intranet expected). By default intranet sites will use x86 ActiveX controls by default. (you may be mapping the domain to the Internet Zone, where x64 ActiveX controls are supported by default. You should have both x86 and x64 versions of the ActiveX control installed.)

    Regards.
