skype for business online user is unable to send/receive any file format. RRS feed

  • One skype for business online user is unable to send/receive any docs/pdf/ppt file having size less than or greater than 1 mb. actually user is facing issue with all file format.

    he is only facing issue while he send/receive any file to any of the other internal user and getting "transfer failed" error.


    user have E3 and just trying to send/receive an attachment of 1mb with supported format (word/excel) but getting error as "transfer failed".

    we have 30K users but only one user getting error. we have repaired office/ delete cache for skype and reconfigured skype but still error.

    Do you sign in with this account on other machines?

    If there is no problem, you could check if the 3rd-party application lead to this issue.

    If this problem also persists, you could try to disable and re-enable this account.

    disable/reenable didnt resolve the issue.

    You can use cleanboot to eliminate the suspicious 3rd party application.
