As the Technet and MSDN forums are closing, you will also want to post to the new Microsoft Q&A site: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/index.html

The program is using a bad virtual memory address (26) and is crashing. Check the personalVPN support site site and verify that you are running the latest version and that your PC meets it's requirements.Saturday, October 10, 2020 1:06 PM

Thank you engineer here to helping this,
please let sure VPN is the main reason , it is working well..., system updated to the latest win10p version recently , and ran the Microsoft update , neither system updates available this time .

Your screen image shows that personalVPN.exe is crashing. If it was working fine, and then you applied an update to Win10, then that would lead me to believe that *something* within the OS has changed that now impacts personalVPN functionality. With only a single screen image as diagnostic information, it is impossible to determine the root cause of problem.
If personalVPN has a support forum, then your best bet would be to post something there and ask if anyone else is having the same problem after they applied the same update.
You should also ask if personalVPN has some logging functionality that might help you or the vendor's support team to troubleshoot the root cause of the problem.
