  • We are using SFB online and have below requirement
    The requirement is for the UK site as follow:
    We have 4 user in each site of Manchester, London and Glasgow offices (Total Users 12) and want to answer by call queue for welcome message to the new service number apart from individual DID number. This service number will be answered by the system, play the message and transferred to hunting group (response group).
    1. What will be the status after welcome message and if there is no free user in response group?
    2. IF system can hold how many calls will can queue?

  • Hi Hasan,

    Please refer to this article about cloud call queue:

    If there is no available agent, it will hold the call in the queue until an agent becomes available.

    According to “Set the call overflow and timeout handling options” in the above article, “Maximum calls in the queue” value is 50 by default, and 200 as maximum.
