  • Migrated to new ADFS servers 2019 Login works fine but federated external users can't open MS Office documents or add documents.
    The new ADFS and web application proxy took the old ones ip address but have new names. what can the problem be

  • What do you mean they cannot open document? They get an error message? If so which one? Do you see error in ADFS logs? Do you see a successful token issuance on ADFS?

    We need more info to be able to help you out :)
