It sounds like the WAC farm has URL restrictions or cannot resolve the SharePoint URL you're arriving in on. Is there anything listed if you run Get-OfficeWebAppsHost? Are you able to resolve the FQDN/Hostname of the SharePoint site from the WAC server(s)?

hi
check also is IRM enabled in this doclib. If it is enabled, Word online won't work.

Hi,
Could you please check if you have the following setup:
Your OWA URL: https://owa.yourdomain.com
Your SharePoint URL: https://sharepoint.yourdomain2.com
If the SharePoint domain is different from the OWA domain, you have to use the allow list to allow SharePoint to communicate with OWA. In this case, please use the New-OfficeWebAppsHost cmdlet. See this article for more information: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj219459.aspx
