Everytime I open Visio, Microsoft Office Pro 2016 begins to install RRS feed

  • Visio is already downloaded on this computer and every time I attempt to open the program my computer tries to install Microsoft Office Pro 2016.  Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Do you install multiple versions of Office, Visio and Project together on the same computer? In many cases, you can install Office, Project, and Visio on the same computer. Even though a particular installation scenario is supported, it might not be recommended. For example, we don’t recommend having two different versions of Office installed on the same computer.

    For the issue you are encountering, you can repair your Visio and Office 2016(if Office 2016 is installed) from Control Panel

    If the issue persists, consider to uninstall all Office products and reinstall Visio, Project and Office to fix the issue.
