Windows 10 Enterprise 2016 LTSB is a special version of Windows for OEM device manufacturers. Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2019 is the next version up, but it has to be installed. If you are the OEM, you should talk to your Microsoft distributor about an upgrade.
If this is from a device your purchased, then you have to talk to the device manufacturer about getting an upgrade.
