  • Hi,

Based on the log, it seems that the issue is related to EasyRedirect64.dll.

I have searched it in a 64-bit Windows 8 Enterprise RTM machine, however, it does not exist.

Therefore, I suspect that it might come with a third-party application. If so, please temporary disable or uninstall the application and see how it works.

Also, please right click EasyRedirect64.dll and choose Properties, provide us a screenshot of the Details Tab.

    Hope this helps.

  • Oh, I'm Sorry Jeremy I didn't see your reply.

I searched the Internet and it seemed to me that easyredirect.dll belongs to Easy-Hide-ip, http://www.easy-hide-ip.com which I had recently installed.

so whenever I was leaving easyredirect to process it would always crash my IE.

I now I have uninstalled I easy hide IP. and everything is fine

  • I also too had the same problem when I installed easy hide ip. When I installed it games like gtav crashed without error, so in the system log I found out that easyredirect.dll caused it to crash, along with other games that required internet. since ive uninstalled the easy hide ip some things went back to norms but still have gta crash with the easyredirect.dll being the cause, theres not much info out there to solve the problem, wondering if theres a machine register that needs edit, or a easyredirect.dll file that I can replace. Ive uninstalled my games and re-installed them but no luck.
