    How Debug logging can help in this case?

    What event log should I check for this zone transfer issue?

    Serial No. of zone file for primary and secondary dns server should be same or different?

  • Hi,

    Usually we will check the error codes in event viewer.

    For your reference:

    We will verify the status of secondary DNS server.

    Serial number of primary dns should be greater than secondary.
