Unable to Uninstall SharePoint 2013 in Office web apps server.

Hi All,
I am trying to install office web apps on different server. when i am trying to install i am getting the below error screen.
from control panel i uninstalled Sharepoint 2013 and deleted register files also from this office web apps server, but still sharepoint exists in start menu=>all programs => sharepoint 2013 products....when i am trying to installoffice web apps same error screen appears as above. please help me on this ASAP

Hi SekharSiddu,
For your issue, please go to Uninstall or change a program, make sure all the components of SharePoint 2013 are uninstalled and then perform a restart.
Also I would advise doing a clean install of Windows and then install Office Web Apps.
The below will still remain after you uninstall SharePoint 2013 from the control panel tool ,but you can manually delete them.
1. C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\15
2. Microsoft SharePoint Workspace Audit Service
3. SQL databases including Configuration and Central Administration
4.SharePoint Web Services Web Application in IIS
5.SharePoint Web Services Application Pool in IIS
