    Hi All,

    I'm looking for the best practices (and example, if any) for the initial integration of  SCOM 2012 and HP OpenView Service Desk 4.5. There was Opalis with "Intergation pack for HP OpenView Service Desk 4.5" for integrating with SCOM 2007. But I can't find "Intergation pack for HP OpenView Service Desk 4.5" for System Center Orchestrator 2012.  And I can't migrate this integratiopon pack for opalis to Orchestrator 2012.

    We need the complete automatic cycle for the following scenario: 

    1. Initiate Alert in SCOM
    2. Transfer Alert from SCOM to OVSD (with details)
    3. Open Incident in OVSD
    4. Close Incident in OVSD and transfer "close" status to SCOM
    5. Close Alert in SCOM

    The HP SD IP for Opalis was not update to work with Orchestrator 2012 as HP had retired SD and there was no request for the IP when the existing Opalis IPs were updated. You can check and see if any 3rd party partners (Kelverion) have a solution that may work.
