Invoke-WebRequest RRS feed

Answers

  • Hi Lan,

    Thanks for your post.

For the first question you asked, the rule to use the Invoke-WebRequest -uri, actually the parameter pass to -uri supports HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, and FILE values, you can use this to specify the website link address.

For the second question, the uri in the second Invoke-Webrequest is: "https://www.facebook.com/login.php?login_attempt=1&lwv=100" it is the login page of the facebook.

You can check the output of $form.action, which is "/login.php?login_attempt=1&lwv=100".The uri just add it to the www.facebook.com. By the way, , the issue you post is a powershell issue, in  order to receive a better help you can post your problem on the powershell forum.

    Best Regards,

    Elaine
