OWA option slow too,
When you are in the OWA, Click Options, select any choice of
them (such as see "all options"..., it takes longer time to
open it for the first time.

yes. only when users logon OWA first time of the day since they shut down the PC every day.
Well, the slowness those changes address are experienced usually after the CAS is rebooted and the you need to "Warm the cache" so to speak on the server side.Users shutting down their PCs every day shouldnt have an effect on that. That would be a client side thing.

I did follow that link before to modify aspnet.config.
Not sure that I need to modify the machine.config too?

Well, my take is to not modify anything unless there is a compelling reason to do so. Im always suspect of making changes that may have unforseen side effects and/or may get broken in the next rollup or service pack.Is the first time delay really an issue?
