  • Hi,

Firstly, we don't suggest you install DHCP on AD server.

From the picture, the icon means DHCP server connected but current user does not have the administrative credentials to manage the server.

So, please log in using DHCP admin account.

    Best regards,

    Travis

  • Hi,

When installing DHCP, which account did you configure as the DHCP admin?

I would suggest you add global admin into DHCP administrator group.

    Best regards,

    Travis

  • Hi,

Did the DC authorize the DHCP server?

If the problem persists, I suggest you reinstall the DHCP role.

    Best regards,

    Travis

  • Hi,

Did you try to add DHCP role on another server?

I believe that troubleshoot the issue requires some hands on access.

My suggestion is to contact Microsoft Support to get them involved in checking your configuration.

    Best regards,
    Travis
