  • Hi,

Java JRT is supported from https://java.com . It is owned and supported by Oracle inc. not Microsoft.

If you are using a work computer contact your company's IT department for assistance in installing Java JRT on your workstation computer and configuring your IE security features.

If you have already have Java JRT installed (see Tools>Manage Addons>Show all Addons>Oracle Inc.

you may have IE''s ActiveX filtering turned on for those govt. websites you are visiting. Look for a blue circle icon on the right side of the IE address bar, which indicates that some content on the current website is being blocked by IE's ActiveX filtering or Tracking protection.

java JRT is an ActiveX control in IE, so your browser settings for Tools>ActiveX filtering affect outcomes when you visit websites that still use Java JRT from Oracle.

Here is a screen shot of another website, showing the "blue circle" icon in the IE address bar, indicating that some content has been blocked on the current website you are visiting.

    Regards.
