Does anyone know if their is a System Center to Nimsoft Service desk integration. Any information would be appreciated.

Not that I'm aware of but there is always the Universal Connector but that will require some integration work on the Nimsoft end. There's a whitepaper included with the Connector download that show examples of how to do this.
