No such documentation that I'm aware of. All you need is the SCOM and Netcool IPs then start configuring the activities as needed. For example, use the Netcool 'Monitor Alerts' activity to monitor any new or existing alerts in Netcool and forward them over
to SCOM via the SCOM 'Create Alert' activity. You can reverse that as well. Monitor the alerts in SCOM and forward them to Netcool. Both IPs give you very fine control over what alerts are forwarded between products.
