How do I create a report that will show 4 columns, one per week, with data summed by week RRS feed

  • I am new to SQL Report Builder and I am trying to build a report by Driver that will sum in 4 columns for the 4 weeks, Driver miles by week.

  • Use the table wizard by going to menu -> Insert-> Table Wizard.
    Choose your connection and database (table)

    In column group drag the column week and in values the same thing

  • The issue is that in our database the weeks are not numbered, but there are dates. Can I use the SQL code like

    =Dateadd("d",-7,Today()) as part of an expression to get a range?

    In SSRS expression, DataAdd function is kind like the DateAdd in SQL.

    You could check the official doc for this :DateAdd function
