  Hi,

  You can go for the Clean Up utiliy to remove the duplicates. Let me show you all the steps to remove Outlook duplicates manually:

  1. Run MS Outlook>> select Clean Upon Outlook ribbon window. Expand it.
  2. There are three options " Clean Up Conversation", " Clean Up Folders", " Clean Up Folders & Subfolders" >> choose " Clean Up Folders & Sub folders".
  3. Click on " Yes" & proceed.
  4. You'll see a dialogue box " Clean Up Folder". Hit on " Clean Up Folder".
  5. Another option is " Settings", select " Settings"
  6. Now click " Browseto" to provide data file location "
  7. On to pop up Select Folder, choose Deleted Items& then press OK.

  As an alternate solution, I would suggest you to use Outlook Duplicates Remover  tool, if the duplicates are in huge quantity. The manual methods are helpful but only to the minor problems. The software to delete duplicates from Outlookis quick, requires zero effort and cost efficient. 

  Choose any solution as per requirement.
