Sharepoint work email field not syncronized RRS feed

  • Dear All,

    I have a sharepoint on a domain and all users on a different domain (a migration to the new domain is ongoing). I added the second domain to crawl people from AD, so far so good. Crawling logs does not report any issue. BTW the new domain has no exchange server, thus the field "email" (correctly mapped to work email in SP as default) was empty. We populated email field using a vbs script and then crawled again AD but even if crawl is successfull in i search in sharepoint for a specific user I see e-mail field empty.

    Any idea ?
