SCCM discovery mobile devices / smartphone form exchange connector RRS feed

  • Domanda

  • Ciao a tutti,

utilizzo SCCM 2012 r2 SP1 (Console ver. 5.0.8239.1000 Site ver.

If you have multiple CAS server they can be added or not under the Advanced options.

  • Ciao,

    INFO: [MANAGED] Recipient count 12, site domain.local/Configuration/Sites/Default-First-Site-Name, CAS SERVER1.domain.local, MBX SERVER1.~~ $$<SMS_EXCHANGE_CONNECTOR><08-11-2015 11:20:11.081-120><thread=10200 (0x27D8)>
    INFO: [MANAGED] Recipient count 55, site domain.local/Configuration/Sites/Default-First-Site-Name, CAS SERVER1.domain.local, MBX SERVER2.~~ $$<SMS_EXCHANGE_CONNECTOR><08-11-2015 11:20:13.250-120><thread=10200 (0x27D8)>
INFO: Total number of devices discovered 27~ $$<SMS_EXCHANGE_CONNECTOR><08-11-2015 11:20:26.976-120><thread=3876 (0xF24)>

After some weeks we found the solution.

The problem is the incorrect "msExchHomeServer" entry in the AD Account.

SCCM tries to query an old Exchange Server which does net exist anymore (normally because of a migration or DAG server switch).

I think a lot of SCCM admins will get that problem because the exchange migration scenario which leads to this behaviour is supported.

I manually changed some AD accounts to an existing mailbox server and now they get discovered.

The problem is how to change that automatically for all mailboxes without moving them (because with a mailbox move the entry gets updated).

    /o=First Organization /ou=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)/cn=Configuration/cn=Servers/cn=SERVER2

Utente con device che NON si vede:
    /o=First Organization /ou=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)/cn=Configuration/cn=Servers/cn=SERVER2

Write-Verbose "Count users with an Exchange Mailbox `r "
    [array] $MailboxUsers = $AllUsers | Where-Object { $_.msExchHomeServerName -notlike $NULL }
    $MailboxUsersCount = $MailboxUsers.Count
    [array] $MailboxEnabledUsers = $MailboxUsers | Where-Object { $_.msExchHomeServerName -notlike $NULL }
    $MailboxEnabledUsersCount = $MailboxEnabledUsers.Count
Write-Output "There are $MailboxUsersCount users in $DomainDNS with an Exchange Mailbox. `r "
Write-Output "There are $MailboxEnabledUsersCount Enabled users in $DomainDNS with an Exchange Mailbox. `r "

    PS C:\Users\admin> cd .\Desktop
    PS C:\Users\admin\Desktop> .\test.ps1
There are 0 users in with an Exchange Mailbox.
There are 0 Enabled users in with an Exchange Mailbox.
    PS C:\Users\admin\Desktop>

    [‎11/‎08/‎2015 17:45] Admin:
Write-Verbose "Count users with an Exchange Mailbox `r "
    [array] $MailboxUsers = Get-ADUser -filter { msExchHomeServerName -like  "*" }
    $MailboxUsersCount = $MailboxUsers.Count
    [array] $MailboxEnabledUsers = $MailboxUsers | Where-Object { $_.msExchHomeServerName -notlike $NULL }
    $MailboxEnabledUsersCount = $MailboxEnabledUsers.Count
Write-Output "There are $MailboxUsersCount users in $DomainDNS with an Exchange Mailbox. `r "
Write-Output "There are $MailboxEnabledUsersCount Enabled users in $DomainDNS with an Exchang

    e mi restituisce come risultato:

There are 272 users in with an Exchange Mailbox.
There are 0 Enabled users in with an Exchange Mailbox.

  • proviamo questa strada:

    1)

    - Enable verbose logging for Exchange connector: HKLM\Software\Microsoft\SMS\Components\SMS_Exchange_Connector change Verbose Logs from 0 to 1. This might give you more debugging information. No need to restart services to enable verbose logging. Remove the setting after you are done with the debugging.

    2)

    riavvia la sincronizzazione manuale

    3)

    Get-ADUser –filter * -Properties msExchHomeServerName | where-object {$_.msExchHomeServerName –ne $null} |Select-object Userprincipalname, msExchHomeServerName | Export-CSV C:\Scripts\UsersToChange.csv –NoTypeInformation

    VERBOSE: [MANAGED] No device for 'Microsoft.ConfigurationManager.ExchangeConnector.Connector+RecipientData'.~~ $$<SMS_EXCHANGE_CONNECTOR><08-12-2015 15:04:32.176-120><thread=9544 (0x2548)>

    SERVER1 trova i dispositivi: Exchange 2010

  • forse mi sono spiegato male:

dovresti dirmi cosa hai scritto come server address fqdn nell'

    on-premise exchange server

    e cosa hai scritto in

    client access server

    e in

    active directory site

    sotto

    Advanced On-premise Configuration

    SERVER address (URL): http://SERVER2.tomatowin.local/powershell
