ディスクの管理で「重大な書き込みエラーによりオフライン」となりアクセスできない

2TB HDD 4台で構成した記憶プールのパリティがアクセスできなくなってしまいました。

ディスクの管理で該当ディスクを見るとオフラインになっており、「重大な書き込みエラーによりオフラインになっています」という表示がされています。

記憶域で該当ディスクを見ると、使用率78%で容量低下の警告は表示されているもののエラー表示はなく、各物理ドライブについても4台とも正常となっています。CrystalDiskInfoでも4台のHDD全て正常と表示されます。

4台のHDDはLogitecのLHR-4BNHEU3でPCとはUSBで接続しており、このLHR-4Bの障害と切り分けができていないのですが、上記の状況からするとHDDを含めた物理障害ではなく、該当ディスクの論理障害ではないかと考えています。

障害情報を調べてみましたが、記憶プールの障害については見つかったもののディスク管理での障害では見つけられず、復旧可否を含めて判断がつかず対応ができません。

可能であれば復旧してデータを取り出したいのですが、ご指導いただけませんでしょうか？

　ありがとうございます。NTFSですね。ReFSで起きている問題とは少し違いそうです。
お手数ですが以下それぞれご確認いただければ幸いです。

1) 記憶域プールで利用されている物理ディスク（HDD）のメディアタイプが認識されていないので、各物理ディスクに対して以下コマンドでメディアタイプをHDDに設定していただけますでしょうか？
Set-PhysicalDisk -MediaType HDD

2) データの復旧に関しては、以下コマンドを実行するとオンラインになって読取はできる（IsReadonlyがあるので書き込みは不可）ようになるのではないかと思うのですが、いかがでしょうか？

　Set-Disk -number 5 -isoffline $false

　(Disk numberはPSの出力結果からこれだと思うのですが間違っていたら正いものに変えてください。)

　各物理ディスクが、シリアルナンバーまで同じように認識されているので、USBのエンクロージャーが正しく物理ディスクをOSに素のまま認識させられていない可能性もありそうですね。

アドバイスをいただいた通りメディアタイプの指定でオンラインとなり読み取り専用で読み出しができるようになりました。ありがとうございます！

ディスクの使用率も高くなってきたため、記憶域プールを4TB×4台に移行しようと考えていましたので、これを期に移行を進めたいと思います。

これで問題解決としたいと思います。ありがとうございました。

　こんにちは。
記憶域プール、仮想ディスクには問題はなさそうですが、Diskが読取専用になっていますね。

1) Get-Volume | FLの結果も拝見できますでしょうか？

2) ファイルシステムはReFSでしょうか？
　　Shiftキーを押下しながらシャットダウンを選択するなどして、システムをコールドシャットダウン後に、再度起動してみていただけませんでしょうか？

ファイルシステムはNTFSだったと記憶しています。ReFSではなかったかと。。。すみません。

コールドシャットダウンをやってみましたが、状況は変わらずでした。起動時にオンラインを試みているようですが、障害発生前より時間がかかって起動した後にディスクの管理を確認するとオフラインになっています。

アドバイスをいただいた通りメディアタイプの指定でオンラインとなり読み取り専用で読み出しができるようになりました。ありがとうございます！

ディスクの使用率も高くなってきたため、記憶域プールを4TB×4台に移行しようと考えていましたので、これを期に移行を進めたいと思います。

これで問題解決としたいと思います。ありがとうございました。

　お役に立ててよかったです。メディアタイプの指定でオンラインにできたのであれば、おそらくDiskのIsReadOnly属性を外すと読み書きも可能になるのではないでしょうか？

Set-Disk -number 5 -IsReadOnly $false
も試してみてください。
