SharePoint 共有サービスプロバイダ にアクセスできない

  お世話になっております。

  SharePoint 2007 において、サーバ全体管理の画面にはアクセスできるのですが、

  共有サービスプロバイダのページにいつのまにかアクセスできなくなっていました。

  原因を調査したところ、以下のようにhostsが書き換わっており

  別のIPにホストが紐付けられていたためこのような状態になってしまったのだと思われます。

  そこで、こちらを正常なIPに紐付けたいのですが、

  手動でhostsを書き換えてもよいのでしょうか。

  また編集後にサービスの再起動などが必要なのかどうかについても

  ご教示いただけますと幸いです。
