いつ正式版が出るかといったことは誰もわかりません。
過去のＭＳ製品の例で言うと、パブリックベータが出てから発売されるまで早くとも半年はかかっているように思います。途中重大な問題が生じればそれだけ遅れることになります。
また、英語版がリリースされても、日本語版も同時にリリースされるかどうかもわかりません。
