GitHub(https://github.com/PowerShell/PowerShell/releases)から、PowerShell-7.0.0-preview.2-win-x64.msiをダウンロード＆インストールしましたが、肝心のPowerShell ISEが入っていませんでした。

PowerShell 7でISEを使う方法はありますか？

もしくは、今あるISEをバージョン7にする方法はありますか？

PowerShell ISE は PowerShell6 以降ではサポートされていません。

PowerShell の編集やデバッグには Visual Studio COde を利用してください。
