    Does anyone know if, on Windows 7, some compatibility shims are applied to setup.exe of InstallShield 12?

    My IS12 setup.exe returns "6.0" for GetVersionEx result.
    But the expected result is "6.1" on Windows 7.
    (I'm using Windows 7 RC release.)

    So I'm wondering that some appcompat shims might be prepared in Windows 7 and GetVersionEx API is hooked.
    But, unfortunately, I could not find any affecting shim with ACT5.5 Compatibility Administrator.
