はじめまして。
先日Beta2からRC1へアップデートしようとしましたが、何度試みても以下のブルースクリーンが発生します。
PROCESS1_INITIALIZARION_FAILED
If this is the first time you've seen this Stop error screen,
restart your computer. If this screen appears again,follow
these steps:
Chek to make sure anu new hardware or software is properly installed.
If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer
for any windows updates you might need.
If problems continues, disable or remove anu newly installed hardware
or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.
If you need to use Safe Mode to remove or disable computers,restart
your computer,press F8 to select Advanced Startup Options,and then
select Safe Mode.

クリーンインストール、Beta2からのアップデート（WindowsUpdate済）、XPからのアップデートいずれも同じです。
はじめのファイルのコピーは正常に行われるようですが、一度再起動がかかると上記の状態となります。
念のため改めてBeta2をインストールしてみましたが、問題なく動作いたします。
ハードウェアの構成は以下の通りです。
メーカー：DELL
型番：Precision WorkStation 370
CPU：Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.60GHz
メモリ：1GB（デュアルチャンネル）
HDD：Maxtor 6V250F0
チップセット：Intel 925X Express
ディスクコントローラ：Intel 82801FR（オンボード）
グラフィック：ATI FireGL V3100（RAM：128MB)
別の掲示板でディスクコントローラあたりが鬼門かも、という情報はありましたがそれ以上のことは不明な状況です。
何か解決法があればご教授願います。
