記憶域で物理ディスクの追加が選択できない RRS feed

    記憶域プールの容量の少ない２台のHDDをより大きなHDDに交換しようとしています。
    （SATA接続で4台のHDDをパリティ構成＋１台のSSDをジャーナルに使用）

    1.物理ディスクの追加
    2.交換対象ディスクをリタイア状態に
    …というふうに作業を進めて１台目のディスクは交換できたのですが２台目のディスクを同様に追加しようとしたところ、サーバーマネージャーの記憶域プールで[タスク][物理ディスクの追加]がグレーアウトして選択できません。（サーバーマネージャーの「ディスク」の方には追加したディスクが見えてます）

    PowerShellで Get-PhysicalDiskを確認しても追加したHDDは出てないこのですが、[コンピュータの管理][ディスクの管理]で見ると追加したHDDは見えています。
    （追加するHDDはSATAのポートが足りないためにUSB接続ですが、１台目のHDD交換はこれでうまくいっています
    ２台のHDDは同一メーカーの同サイズのものです）

    物理ディスクの追加が出来るようになるには、どんな方法が考えられるでしょうか？

    確かに、Get-PhysicalDiskに表示されないですね。

    接続をUSB接続で反なく別のIFで接続してみることは可能でしょうか？

    の出力結果を記載いただけますでしょうか？

    7のディスクを右クリックして、[ディスクのリセット]を実行していただいて、結果に変化ないでしょうか？

    (2)「ディスクのリセット」を行い、サーバー電源を切って５分くらい放置した後に電源を再投入しましたが、状況に変化はありませんでした。

    なにか手がかりになると良いのですが…

    (1)Get-PhysicalDisk | FL はいかがでしょう？こちらもいただけますでしょうか？

    (2)新規追加する物理ディスクはボリュームが存在しなさそうですが、ボリュームを作成してフォーマットしてみていただけますでしょうか？

    (2)ボリューム作成は成功しました。

    NewVolume (E:)のプロパティ
    (2)の後に、Get-PhysicalDisk | FL　を取ってみましたが、(1)と同一でした。

    結論からお話ししますとIFを変えることで物理ディスクが追加できました。

    元（物理ディスクを認識しない）のはこのような構成で
    [記憶域を構成]
    SATA DISK1  パリディ構成
    SATA DISK2  パリディ構成
    SATA DISK3  パリディ構成
    SATA OLD4   パリディ構成（これを交換したい）
    SATA SSD    ジャーナル
    [追加したい物理ディスク]
    USB  NEW4   SATAのHDD   （OSは認識してるのにGet-PhysicalDiskに出てこない）

    以下のようにつなぎ替えると認識しました。
    （記憶域って単純にIFをつなぎ替えても問題ないんですね）
    SATA DISK1  パリディ構成
    SATA DISK2  パリディ構成
    SATA DISK3  パリディ構成
    SATA NEW4   未追加の物理ディスク（認識した！）
    SATA SSD    ジャーナル
    ----------------------
    USB  OLD4   パリディ構成（認識した！）

    この状態で、仮想ディスクのリペアを行い交換は無事終了した模様です。

    今回、２台のHDDを入れ替える作業で、１台目はUSB側につないでも問題なかったのに、それが認識しなかった２台目と何が違うのかわからないままなのですが、今後交換するときは交換したいHDDを先にUSB側につなぎ替えてから作業しようと思います。
