製品準備ツールでエラーがでており、インストールできなくて困っています。
環境は
OS：Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard SP1
DB:SQL Server 2008 R2
です。
製品準備ツールを実行すると、”インストール中にエラーが発生しました。アプリケーションサーバの役割、Webサーバー（IIS）の役割をインストールできませんでした。”と表示されます。

上記の”Error when enabling ASP.NET v4.0.30319”について調べてみて、その対処方法も試してみたのですが、特にエラーが治ることはありませんでした。
