Windows Server 2016 Standard Windwos Update が終らない RRS feed

    最終Updateが2018/12で久しぶりにWindwosUpdateをしたら、更新プログラムをダンロードしています95%から一向に進みません。

    この状態で１週間経過しています。

    更新プログラムは、「2019-03 x64 ベース システム用 Windows Server 2016 の累積更新プログラム (KB4489882)。」です。

    また、イベントには、

    「パッケージ KB4489882 の変更を開始しています。現在の状態は 解決済み です。ターゲットの状態は ステージング済み です。クライアント ID: WindowsUpdateAgent。」

    「パッケージ KB4489882 を状態 ステージング済み に変更できませんでした。状態: 0x800f0816。」

    のセットで頻発しています。

    何か対策はあるのでしょうか。

    そのエラーコードだけですと良く分かりませんね・・・

    イベントログに他にエラー等は記録されていたりしませんか？もしくは以下のコマンドを PowerShell から実行して Windows Update Log 出力し、ログに記載されているであろうエラーを確認してみて下さい。

    Windows Update Log を出力して確認しました。

    ダウンロードを始めて暫くすると何らかのエラーで止まっているように見えます。

    自動アップデートでなく手動でやる必要があるのでしょうか。

    0x800f0816 のエラー ファシリティは SetupAPI (FACILITY_SETUPAPI) なので、SetupAPI 関連のログで何か分かるかもしれません。またこのエラーが出るということは更新プログラムと互換性に問題のあるデバイスやドライバーが存在している可能性が考えられるので、インストール時に不要なデバイスを無効化する、ドライバー類を更新する、デバイスのファームウエアを更新する、などが効くかもしれません。

    ダウンロード済みのキャッシュ（SoftwareDistribution フォルダー）のクリアなどされていないのでしょうか？ キャッシュに以前のダウンロードが残っていれば、ダウンロード開始後まずダウンロードで提供されるファイルとキャッシュが同じか照合されて、同じならすぐにインストールが始まります。

    ※Windows Update に関する一般的なトラブルシューティングはされているのでしょうか？

    Updateのトラブルシューティングに従い何度もやりましたが、状況変わらずです。

    ダンロードしています９５％で進みません。

    以下、Windows Updateコンポーネントをリセットした内容です。

    １．サービスの停止　bits、wuauserv、appidsvc、cryptsvc

    ２．gmgr*.datファイルを削除

    ３．SoftwareDistribution フォルダのリネーム

    ４．BITS ファイルと Windows Update ファイルを登録

    ５．サービスの再開　bits、wuauserv、appidsvc、cryptsvc

    サービススタックの更新をダウンロードしてスタンドアロンインストールした所、
    以下の状態になりました。
    1.　Servicing stack update for Windows 10 Version 1607: May 17, 2018　(KB4132216 ) ・・・既に適用済み
    2.　2018-11 x64 ベース システム用 Windows Server 2016 更新プログラム (KB4465659)・・・
        は、「この更新はお使いのコンピュータには適用できません」
    また、スタック更新プログラムの最新のサービスの
    2019-02x64 ベース システム用 Windows Server 2016 サービス スタック更新プログラム (KB4485447)
    は、既に適用済みになっていました。

    現在、ダウンロードキャッシュ等のクリアをし、サービスを再起動した状態で、「更新プログラムのチェック」ボタンが押せる状態になっています。ボタンを押す事によって、また、同じような事が繰り返されそうな気がして押せないでいます。

    ここは問題が検知されないですね。

    念のため（未実行であれば） sfc /scannow も行っておくと良いと思います。

    改善が無ければ、ちょっと大変ですが Windows Update log を解析してみるとかですね。
