  フォーラムオペレータの佐伯 玲 です。
  
  USの以下のスレッドの下のほうで同様に英語以外のOSでインストール時にエラーが出るという返信が何件かありました。
  hagiwara03004 さんがご利用されているWindows 10 Technical Previewは日本語版でしょうか？

  Windows 10 Technical Preview向けのRSATのSystem Requirementsに以下のように記載されているので対応されるまでは利用できないままの状態かもしれません…
