말씀해주신 문제에 대하여 다음 내용을 참고해주시기 바랍니다.
"Outlook 2013 is designed to run in User mode only. You may also cause problems with file permissions on your PSTs/OSTs by running in Admin mode (especially in a Domain Joined environment). You also expose yourself to the massive risk of email viruses
possibly being executed from a full Admin environment (super bad).
If you must though:
Go here in Windows Explorer (or wherever you installed Office):
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office15
Right Click on "OUTLOOK.EXE" and Run as Administrator.
Or
Right Click on "OUTLOOK.EXE" and Create Shortcut. Move shortcut to desktop/start menu and set compatibility settings to run as administrator.
The new Office 2013 (2010 did as well from memory) uses a new .NET shortcut system which doesn't have a regular EXE target like normal shortcuts."
