Office 365 PlanA4 RRS feed

  • Question

  • The difference between Plan A3 and Plan A4 appears to be Voice.  What's that?  All plans have Lync which includes video and audio IM so is voice like a skype line that can accomodate in and out calling.  Is there a cost associated with the calls or can anyone phone anywhere anytime for the small diferential cost between the plans?  Also, where is the office 365 forum category in the selection?

  • Hi,

    As per my understanding, office 365 A4 plan says Lync voice on-premise , means you can deploy Lync server voice features like PSTN inbound/outbound call, PBX integration etc at on-premise network. Currently, PSTN calling features  isn't available on Lync-online. As you know, PSTN usage isn't free and you may need to work with provider on the costing part.

    Here is the link for office 365 forum ;
