Lync 2010: How to create shortcut menu for Lync meetings? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Lync 2010: How to create shortcut menu for Lync meetings?

I followed Solutions below by creating shortcuts on Windows desktop:

    https://superuser.com/questions/577472/how-do-i-pin-certain-contacts-to-the-taskbar
    https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg398376.aspx

However, after creating shortcuts for meetings and launching the shortcut, I was facing an error mentioned below:
"The specified address is not recognized or does not exist. Please verify the address and try again. If you do not know the correct syntax for this address, contact your support team."

Please help me with a solution for creating a shortcut for joining Lync meeting, as it becomes really clumsy for me to every time enter the URL in the browser to join the meeting.
