Lync Attendant Client Bug - When transferring calls to internal users only rings on users phone and not Team Call Group RRS feed

  • Hi All

    Discovered another small bug this time with Attendant client, when reception (who use Attendant Client) transfer calls it does not go to the Team Call Group and it will only ring on the transferred persons phone,

    Reception do get an option to retrieve your call if user does answer but when there is mountains of calls reception can not retrieve this, the call just rings out which is a problem

    I have tested with normal Lync Client and transfer works as expected

    Has anyone experienced this, looks like another PSS call tyo Microsoft no dount to told again its a known bug that may\ may not be fixed

  • It could be by design, the same way when the an agent receives a call from response group, your delegates or simring numbers are not rang
