    Could you give me more information about the “want sing in”?

    Did you want to sign in Lync client?if so, when you sign in the Lync client,have you been given some error message?Firstly,you could refer to the following link,check the settings of client.


    To further troubleshoot the issue, can you please confirm the following information?

    1. If you set your account in another computer, does the issue persist?

    2. Do other users in your organization have the same problem?

    3. Does the issue occur after the recent Office update?
