Not able to login in Common area phone in Polycom CX500 RRS feed

  • Hi team,

    Unable to login on Polycom devices CX500/600 by Common area phone. while checking the logs of Polycom then getting frequent error as mentioned below:

    CScreenManager::StartMessageLoop: Message took lot of time to get schduled msg time

    Please suggest what is the reason of login failures.

    I'm wondering whether all users have issue when login in with CX series but works on other Polycom? 

    For your error message, please check if your network had any issue.

    Also upgrade the firmware to the latest, then test again.

     

    Besides, please check whether Microsoft DHCP Services are properly configured to hand out IP addresses to the related network hosts or not.
