Add-in keeps getting disabled RRS feed

  • Question

  • Our users currently use Outlook 2013. We have Colligo and Eioboard installed on most and haven't had too many issues across the board.

However, there is one user who has the problem where Colligo will become disabled everytime she closes Outlook and opens it back up. I have tried the following:

    1. Re-enabling it via File > Options > Add-ins > etc.

    2. Going to File > Slow and Disabled Add-ins> Always enable this add-in

    3. Editing the registry with: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsofy\office\15.0\Outlook\Resiliency\addinlist and adding a DWORD for Colligo with a value of 1.

    4. Uninstalling and reinstalling Colligo and EIOBoard

Both Colligo and EIOBoard are shown as Slow and Disabled addins and, again, both have been set to always load up but only EIOBoard loads despite apparently taking more time to load up then Colligo.

None of these have worked. Any assistance on this matter would be much appreciated.

  • 3. Editing the registry with: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsofy\office\15.0\Outlook\Resiliency\addinlist and adding a DWORD for Colligo with a value of 1.

You need to add a REG_SZ for Colligo and the name of the REG_SZ should be the ProgID for the add-in. To obtain the ProgID for an add-in, use the Windows Registry Editor on the client computer where the add-in is installed. Locate the registry key names under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins or HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins.
