  • Based on the screenshot, the public certificate you have is Valid.

    1. Did you recently renew the public certificate for Edge server?

    2. Did the cert provider provided you with root and intermediate certificate as well? If they did , import them to respective Trust Root certificate and Intermediate path in the Edge server through MMC snap-in

    3. Launch the Lync Deployment Wizard on the Edge server, and ensure that the public certificate is installed correctly?

    4. Go to Event viewer on the Edge server, check and look out for any clues and errors message.

  • Hi AbdiMreza,

    Agree with Matrix.

In order to narrow down the issue, would you please tell us did the issue only appear on the specific user or all users had this issue?

What error message did you encounter?

If the issue just appeared on the specific user, please try to check the user attribute between the affected user and other normal users.

You could go to Lync deployment wizard, rerun step 3 to renew your certificate for Edge server
