  • Currently we are running Windows Server 2016 RDS with User Profile Disk. We are looking at installing FSLogix so we can do cached Outlook mode with indexing and OneDrive.

    If we install FSLogix Office 365 User Profile Containers what happens to the current User Profile Disk? Do we just point the containers to where they are located and it works without issue? Or does it create a new User Disk for the users?

    there are many compatibility issues with solutions using visible redirection, such as User Profile Disk (UPD) when we use FSLogix.so I suggest when we use FSLogix as User profile containers , we should not use Microsoft UPD in RDS environment. when we use FSLogxi only act as Office365 container ,it can work together with
    Microsoft UPD in RDS environment.

    I suggest when we use FSLogix as User profile containers , we should not use
    Microsoft UPD in RDS environment. So if we only use FSLogix act as Office365 container in our rds environment, there is no problem.
