Enabling a user for lync RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi!

How to enable a user for lync client if Exchange Server does not show his e-mail address under sip?

    Lync Server 2013, Exchange 2010.

    Thanks.

  • Hi,

you can enable users for Lync by using the UPN of that user or the 1st name or the Last name of the user. it's doesn't necessarily has to be the Email address. but it preferred.

Enable-CsUser -Identity "Pilar Ackerman" -RegistrarPool "atl-cs-001.litwareinc.com" -SipAddress "sip:pilar@litwareinc.com"
